Due to increased demand for some cleaning, personal care products and various supplies, we may be back ordered on selected items. I want to assure that we are working closely with our vendors to add more stock whenever possible. We encourage you check the “stock status” that is available on our shopping cart and if need be, seek one of the many alternatives available. * For those that may be telecommuting for work, you can also choose to shop on our website or call customer service at 866-280-1846 and have your order delivered directly to your location or home.

Returns
- Dated Goods (calendars, etc.), special orders, medical and all food type products are non-refundable.
- 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns. If past 30-days from date of purchase a 30% restocking fee will apply. No returns past 45-days from date of purchase.
- UPS/Courier Pick-Up fees will apply on all returns.
Shipments & Fees
Most orders received within Advantage Supply business hours for in-stock items are shipped the same day the order is received. All orders are subject to availability and may be delayed to “ship complete”. Freight & handling charges will be applied to shipments that are under $100.00. Special orders, items over the UPS size & weight standards, courier services, common carrier and where other services may be required are subject to freight charges as well. UPS has recently applied an upcharge to all items exceeding 50 lbs in weight. This upcharge starts at $50.00+ and escalates after the 50 lb limit. Please take note as these upcharge fees may be applied and not limited to full case copy paper pricing. We have half case copy paper options that avoid this overweight upcharge.

Insufficient Funds Policy
If a company or personal check is returned to Advantage Supply due to insufficient funds, the company or individual will be notified via email by Advantage Supply's billing department. Full restitution for a check returned due to insufficient funds (including an insufficient fund charge of $35.00 per check) must be receive before re-activation of account. Appropriate penalties will be imposed and must be included if restitution is received after the identified deadline. All past due balances subject to SERVICE CHARGES equal to lesser than 4% per month, or maximum permitted by law. Acceptable methods of payment are money order, cashier's check, MasterCard, Amex or Visa (a 3.5% service fee will be applied to all credit card payments). Advantage Supply reserves the right to suspend purchasing privileges for future payments should the above situation arise.
