Due to increased demand for some cleaning, personal care products and various supplies, we may be back ordered on selected items. I want to assure that we are working closely with our vendors to add more stock whenever possible. We encourage you to call customer service at 866-280-1846 for updates on product availability. We provide a variety of options to manage your business and maintain productivity. * Purchase needed back-up supplies, breakroom and technology/toner products. * For those that may be telecommuting for work, you can also choose to shop on our website or call customer service at 866-280-1846 and have your order delivered directly to your location or home. We appreciate the trust that you place in Advantage Supply. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Advantage Supply purchase, return it for any reason within 30 days (must be in original box and packaging). Simply click onto the "Contact Us" tab from the “Home Page” and fill out the ”Contact Us” form and "Send". This will notify our customer service to schedule your merchandise pick up & issue an authorization # for credit.
- Dated goods (calendars, etc.), special orders, medical & all food type products are non-refundable.
- 20% restocking fee applied if past 30 days of purchase.
Shipments & Fees
Most orders received within Advantage Supply business hours for in-stock items over the amount of $75.00 are shipped no charge the same day the order is received. No matter how soon you need it, we'll work with you to find the best way to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. All orders are subject to availability. Freight & handling charges will be applied to shipments that are under $75.00. Special orders, items over the UPS size & weight standards, courier services, common carrier and were other services may be required are subject to freight charges as well. UPS has recently applied an upcharge to all items exceeding 50 lbs in weight. This upcharge starts at $50.00+ and escalates after the 50 lb limit. Please take note as these upcharge fees may be applied and not limited to full case copy paper pricing. We have half case copy paper options that avoid this overweight upcharge. Insufficient Funds Policy
If a company or personal check is returned to Advantage Supply due to insufficient funds, the company or individual will be notified via email by Advantage Supply's billing department. Full restitution for a check returned due to insufficient funds (including an insufficient fund charge of $35.00 per check) must be receive before re-activation of account. Appropriate penalties will be imposed and must be included if restitution is received after the identified deadline. All past due balances subject to SERVICE CHARGES equal to lesser than 4% per month, or maximum permitted by law. Acceptable methods of payment are money order, cashier's check, MasterCard, Amex or Visa (a 3.5% service fee will be applied to all credit card payments). Advantage Supply reserves the right to suspend purchasing privileges for future payments should the above situation arise.
